Default torque ???

When torquing the main caps and rob bolts do I need to torque with degree quell

When torqueing the rod bolts and main caps, there is a torque value, then a subsequent degree value.
In this order...
Mains...Inner bolts 15lbs
...Outer bolts 15lbs
...sides bolts 18lbs
Then...Inners 80 degrees
...Outers 53 degrees
Rods...15lbs + 75 degrees
