Was on Craigslist and found a guy parting out his car and went over to buy some floormats and found he had a lot of performance parts for sale as well and needing money very badly. He has a set of brand new Jesel rockers for sale and when he asked me to make him an offer I seriously lowballed him and I was shocked when he said yes. My experience with them is very minimal so I am curious if they are worth the trouble or would it be over kill v.s like a Harland Sharp setup??

Worth it! Most people don't use them because of the cost

Definitely worth it. They won't be overkill. You can use them on a stock setup just fine and make some extra horses by reducing friction.

Is it a difficult install or could a relative newb like me handle the install ok?

If you take your time and pay attention you won't have a problem, just go out and get a good repair manual and don't hesitate to ask questions if needed. When you put them on go ahead and get yourself a set of hardened pushrods to install at the same time.

Overkill, Id buy them and sell them for a profit.

Ive tested a set of shaftmounts on the engine dyno before and on a street engine it lost 10hp when I installed the rockers, they were big and heavy. Although they werent Jesels.....
