Default What springs and pushrods to use with ASA cam?

Im going to be running the ASA cam in my stock bottom end ls1 with 243 heads. Heads are probably going to be milled to 60cc chambers. Im running morel lifters and yella terra 1.7 rockers. This car is going to be road raced. I have stock very low mile springs on the heads. They are not the yellow springs but I am told they were stock with the heads which were off a z06. I know this cam will work with stock springs but since I am going to road race the car should I upgrade the springs? If so what springs should I use? I was thinking of going with the comp 918s. What length pushrods do I need to use with this setup?

GM Performance #12586484, rated for .570" lift is the recommended GM valve springs to use(about $115). Comp Cams 918s or PAC 1218s will also work very good.

With the YT rockers and contant high RPM, I would look at the PSI 1511ML springs. Also key components for road racing due to known engine harmonics, the timing chain damper and a good harmonic damper (pulley) is a must. I would go with either ATI or the stock setup. Without these you are at risk for breaking the timing chain.

Where can I buy those springs? I have an N motion timing chain but what is the timing chain damper? Ive got the stock harmonic damper.
