Default Help! Is this a lifter noise?

This noise is driving me fool. It is only coming from the passenger side. Driver side is quiet. Don't know which lifter.
96k mile stock bottom end LQ9
TSP Tsunami cam
Lunati dual valvespring kit
7.400 pushrods stock rocker arms
Oil pressure is 40lbs at idle and not much less hot. Rises good with rpms.
From zero lash, it took 1 and a quarter turns to get to 22ft lbs.
New stock oil pump with new green o-ring. It seated good in the oil pump. I need help finding out the problem.

Sounds just like the one in my shop right now.... Good friends car..... pulled the heads and two dead lifters.... To be honest just pull the cam check all the lobes for markings..... His cam had a decent nick in it and decent scoring on it. For sure lifter on his car.

Wish I would have recorded my lifter "squeek" my LS1 had. I changed mine about 3 weeks ago. Have you taken off the belts to see if the noise is still there? Dose it go away at high idle? mine was consistent, and you could still here it at higher rpm's but it was no as loud. Take a look at my pics and you can see the damage, Pic 1 is the lifter (#4 cylinder intake lifter) the other 2 are my (was my)
Thunder Racing 224 Cam. Replaced with a Thunder Racing CheaTR Cam.

Will a bad lifter/lifters make it pop back through the carb?
