Upon checking my coolant levels today, I noticed that there are lots of tiny little black pieces of what appears to be like flaked paint or plastic paper? Any ideas?

Bumping this b/c I have the same thing in my radiator. Hasn't caused me any probelms at all though. Curious to see what others think about this.
