There is a guy in my club who basically did the same mods as I did with the 224 cam instead of my 230/230 .592/.592 112LSA and I'm making 20rwhp peek more and much more under the curve. What kind of power are you putting down now?

IMO, stick with what you have. There is no magic cam hiding out there.
If you're going to try anything else, go to a real custom cam shop and have them design exactly for your purpose, gears, transmission, heads, etc.

Oh, why not try the old TSP 231/237? Or even one of the newer series cams.

Yip, you definitely have an issue. The last similar setup I worked on was an AS 5.7L Stage 2 heads with a TR224 and FLPs. If I remember correctly, it was in the neighborhood of 420-430 at the tire. M6 99 Formula, T56, 3.73 gears, LS6 intake.
The Accel injectors may be some of the issue if they are a Ford style injector, I'm not sure. I haven't used the Accel injectors, so I can't really say.
How did you install the cam? Could you have installed it advanced?

They do dyno lower, just not that much lower. With that combo on a dynojet, you should be over 400 or at least very close. Your numbers are closer to what I'd expect to see out of an A5 C5.

It's either the tune or the install. You can hit the numbers you have in your set in a C5 with cam and all the other bolt ons.

I went from an MTI C1 to a TSP231/237 and have been very happy with it.
I'd call up Texas Speed, Thunder and FMS and ask them what they recommend. It seems like the shops are coming out with newer grinds.
