That "plate" is the lower internal baffle, and for the life of me I cannot find a p/n for it. I have a breakdown from the dealer that shows that part, however it's not labeled with part #'s. I'd say your best bet would be to talk with the parts dept. at the dealer.

JT the baffle? the bolts in the pan? I have my stock out I changed for the improved racing one. You can have it if you want, I even cleaned it up a little. But you should just get the improved racing one. Most guys don't look at this, at the track. But even on slow *** 1.5 60' my oil presser was droping to 0-25psi, and the engine was over 6K. I would hate to know whats going on with 1.4-1.3s and wheelies.
Its been like that for the 3-4 years lol. But every stock baffle is gona do that, and thats what 99% of use have been running fine for the last what 15 years? all the fast as **** 9sec SBE guys, even faster guys running the stock pan/pickup/baffle have that happen too. I dont hear (more like it just unknown to them) about alot of people having oiling problems from it, but it can't be good, and the slight wear adds up.

You can also use an accumulator to solve any pressure drop issues, plus it lets you pre-lube the engine prior to starting (useful when not driving the car everyday).
