Default Rocker Arms..

I just completed my head cam swap (prc 2.5 5.3l heads & 228R 112LSA) and after driving around for a little bit i noticed quite a bit of valve train noise. After checking out the problem I see that one of my rocker arms is shot and the others feel looser than before so I decided just to buy all new rocker arms. My question is would I be alright buying stock replacements or will I have to get some aftermarket ones?

Either do the trunnion upgrade or buy new trunnion upgraded rockers if you really want all new.
