cam question
I have a TR224/224 .563/.563 112LSA cam sitting in my living room right now waiting to be installed. Alot of people are telling me to go bigger. What do you guys think? I want something with good mid-and high range power with a hell of a lope, but still streetable. This is not my daily driver (I don't know if that would make a difference in cam selection). Thanks for any ideas or suggestions.

The TR224 is a good cam capable of making very good power throughout the whole range.
The first thing I'd say is look at how many TR224 cams are up for sale. Not very many. (not to mention, you shouldn't buy used cams in the first place). You do, however, see a lot of the other cams being sold. Most people obsess on having the biggest possible cam in their motor and they swap cams on a near weekly basis. IMO it would be easier for them to just pull out their dicks and compare measurements. It would get all of this over a lot quicker and spare all of us the cam-of-the-month discussions.

The TR224 is a good all-around cam. You already have it, I'd keep it without a doubt.
Depending on how invasive the OBDII check is, you may have some serious issues passing it even with edit. There aren't many folks that are good enough at tuning to get around an invasive OBDII check.
