The only way you would gain any horsepower is if your injectors are maxed out 100%.

injectors require tuning. you cannot just stick different injectors in and not tune. if your car was tuned with the injectors that you have now and they are not maxed out then bigger injectors will not gain you anything. most people use bigger injectors when they go head/cam because to get a proper tune on the stock LS1 injectors the duty cycle goes close to if not over 100%. if your tune doesnt do that, then no need.

That really doesnt answer the OPs questions. Will that set-up max out 28lb injectors?

It very well could, I would go with 33 lb injectors to be safe or even bigger
The bigger you go the more you can play with the tune

Pretty close, I would upgrade them. 36s would work.

I have the MS4 and the TSP 243 Stage 2.5s. It was fine with the 28# injectors until I went the Fast 90/90 route. When we put on the Fast 90/90 we went with 42# Ford Green Tops and retuned and got a +27rwhp increase. So I would say your probally good to go until you update to a bigger intake.

Most say the fuel pump is good for 450rwhp, but a lot of guys have gone higher with no problems. I've got 442hp on a Mustang dyno and my fuel pressure is fine. For the price difference you might as well get 42lb injectors. I got mine from FIC also, they were around $250. Injector size will be 26lb or 28lb depending of year.
