Default Head torque specs

I've looked around online for the torque specs for the cylinder heads and all I've found is the 22ft lbs and then degrees on LS1 how to but it talks about M11 and M8 bolts. Then I found where it said like 50lb ft with arps. Can someone tell me what to torque what head bolts to. I'm sure this info is out there somewhere but I just can't find it.

GM bolts are torque to yield which is degrees of turn. ARP is a torque spec as they are not TTY.

What are you using?

I've used the ls1 method multiple times and it's worked great. As a matter of fact, I just installed new heads on my 2000 SS and used that method. By the way, the sharpie tip mentioned on the site really helps.

Stock bolts are degree'd and ARPs are torque spec'd
