Default Need your opinions coolant issue

Well the car is still at the shop...they are going try to figure it out. But I kinda want to see what everyone else thinks.

Few weeks back the car went into the shop for a cam and valve train upgrade. While they were in there, I had them replace the timing chain, oil pump, water pump, t stat, lifters and bucket etc etc. The car has brand new GM head gaskets, and head bolts. Soon after the job, the car hit the dyno and made about 17 or so passes for the tune. Well I was told last week that the car was about finished..the tune that is. When the tuner noticed the car started to overheat. Long story short here, coolant is supposedly getting into the exhaust. The weird thing here is, the car ran fine on the dyno. Why all of a sudden at cruising speeds...50% throttle would the car show signs now. The bolts are GM torque yielded bolts and I am only on 9psi. What do you think? Warped heads, loose bolts and or blown gaskets
