Default Input into LQ9 build

Ok, been a long time coming but my 02 TA leaned out merging on the highway and Lifted the #3 ring land from the piston (attached photo). Which inspired the motor build below. I am shooting for a reasonable amount of power (450-470RWHP +- 10 i would still be happy) Is this feasable with these componets?

The build is as follows:
LQ9 block (Bored 030 over)
Stock Gm 3.622 crank
ARP Main Studs
Eagle forged H Beam rods 6.125''
Mahle 4.030 pistons with 8cc valve reliefs
Stage 2 ported 243s milled for 11.1 compression
MS3 camshaft 112 LSA
Double roller timing chain
TSP Ported and Polished Oil Pump
LS7 Lifters
Comp Cams pushrods
All bearings are coated.
All Fel Pro gaskets

Intake Will be an LS6 along with Flowtec LT headers.

It will not see FI or Boost all motor.

Why not just clean up that block and add the other stuff? Would save some $ and you would reach the power level your wanting. And you wouldn't add 80lbs (give or take) to the nose of the car.

like stated above ,maybe you could hone your block out and get a 383 stroker kit from TSP.

It was my first thought to thought I originally figured i blew a head gasket... I blew the piston and it took out the sleeve inside the block as well. For me resleeving the block was not a viable option.

Gotcha. Can't go wrong with a LQ block/build, that build will make good reliable power and gives you options down the road too!

The ls6 intake will be holding you back. I'd say 430-440. Add a better intake and you shouldn't have a problem. Also look into a better cam, Geoff at EPS will hook you up. His cams are generally smaller, easier on the valve train and make the same if not more than the larger grinds of other companies.
