Default 408 rebuild help please

I have a 408 i brought from a member on this site and i want you guys opinion on the rebuild.
what rings to go with for a 300-400 shot.
what bearing to go with for that size shot.
who would you guys recomend for a rebuild
wanna do a nice heads and cam package for the car.
car is a 1999 camaro with all the supporting suspension parts.
th400 with a vig 4200 stall.

i have heard great things about LME but i want you guys opinion

300-400 on N2O is a lot - you might want to ask questions on the nitrous section of the forum - some big time users there.

How fast are you intending to go?

Alot of questions to ask here, where are you located, what do you want to spend, what rpm range is the engine going to see, do you have a vacuum pump on the motor, hydraulic or solid roller, what's in it for components now and if they aren't up to the task are you willing to upgrade, etc.etc.etc.

Your askign WAY too vague of a question to really get a good answer.
