Yes, you are correct...TTAngle can be reused.
And, in theory, the little side bolts shouldn't be reused bec they are TTY. However, there are a number of knowledgeable people here who do reuse them.
In addition, the TTA bolts have a new, final application angle, per GM. It is now 85 degrees, rather than the former 75 degs. However, before applying 85 degrees to your older bolts, I would (if I was you) find out if 85 degrees applies only to newer manufactured main bolts. It just could be that GM has changed the manufacturing process to accommodate 85 degs.
In any event, you can be safe applying 75 degrees to your orig bolts.
