holy **** man. What kind of compression are you trying to run? With that kind of compression you should be set to run some of the nastier grinds with fewer idling issues though.

Mine are milled .030, and I'm running a custom grind 232/236 .580/.580 on a 110 LSA. I'm running big valves though, 2.055 and 1.60, so I had to notch my pistons a lil.

WOW, that has to be very close!!! Jay @ absolute is doing 5.3 stage 2.5's with my TSP 231/237 598/595 unmilled w/2.055 & 1.575 valves and i was told to use the thicker head gaskets because with the stock gaskets the P/V clearance was .065 and that is considered close and with the thicker gaskets i'll be around .085 which is safe.BTW what size valve's did they use for your heads since that will also play a big part in P/V clearance anyway good luck with your new set up

It is .070 with the head pulled down on a used Felpro. He is using a thiker Cometic as an actual gasket. His lift is slightly lower then that also. I used a solid lifter and a 7.35 PS to mock it up. It is fairly close but still has enough room.
