Default 6 liter cam options in 2500HD

Looking to get some more power out of my truck. It is a 03 2500hd 4x4 with a 5 speed. Looking for mid range power not really looking for topend power. Anybody have some input?

One of these should work good for you:

Any of the cams listed above should work good for you...if I was doing it I'd probably go with around a 218/224 .595/.595 112lsa good low to mid range, and a tune will make a world of difference....

Actually it would help if you'd tell us more detail about any modifications (or soon to be modifications) to your engine, and what you're willing/not willing to do with your valvetrain to get there.

If you have headers a 215(lsl)/220(xer) 111+2 lsa, or a 215(lsl)/218(lxl or xfi) 110 lsa.
