I've got a set of stockers with the Trunion upgrades installed for sale. Low milage, never used with new bearings if your interested.

The answer depends on how much open spring pressure the valve springs will have, how much lift the partucular cam will have, and whether you can achieve the proper valvetrain geometry. Assuming an open valve spring pressure of 400 pounds or less in conjunction with a cam lift of 0.600" or less, the trunnion-upgraded oem rockers are usually okay. On the other hand, if the cam lobe dictates 450-470 pounds of open spring pressure and/or involves 0.650" lift I would look at Jesel Sportsman shaft mounts or the Comp 1500 adjustable setup.

I'm looking at the MS3.. looking for nice lopey cam with good power and driveability and keep intake/ex lift under .625

According to the Texas Speed website "The Magic Stick camshafts require a high quality double spring kit such as the PRC .650" & .675" double spring kits." The PRC .650" spring has an open spring pressure of 450 pounds, while the PRC .675" spring has an open spring pressure of 471 pounds. Assuming that Texas Speed's recommendation is literally correct and the minimum acceptable open spring pressure for that cam is 450 pounds I would run either Jesel Sportsman shaft rockers on the Comp 1500 adjustable setup in order to meet you goal of a "set and forget" rocker.

If however, that cam can actually be controlled with valve springs with about 400 pounds of open spring pressure, e.g. Comp 921s or Comp 925s, you could get by with trunnion-upgraded oem rockers.
