Default How much does milling heads .030 bump compression

Does anyone know how much milling LS1 heads .030 will bump compression. If I'm still running stock pistons on my 99Z what would the compression become?

If I remember correctly, it will take you up to just shy of 11.0:1. You'll hurt your P to V clearance if you mill them.

10:8:1 and P/v clearance will not be an issue unless you get into some huge cams like the gx5-3 or something like a T-rex cam. I ran a 224 cam with .030 milled and had plenty of space left. This is all basic ls1 stuff? Use the search function and you will find hundreds of posts.
