Cam bearings, didn't GM change the OD in 2003 or 2004????

Was there a change in 2003 in cam bearing OD??

what was the reason and how many thou bigger/smaller did they go??

Yes, the cam bearings did change (I think for 2003), because I had a the wrong ones when I built my 6.0
