Default Help fast 102

I got a 01 ss the car ran fine,it had a ls6 intake I changed to a 102 fast and a 102 t/b,and got a tune,now my cars idle just goes up and down up and down,and the intake aint sitting on the water pump,i grinded down the water pump

Sounds like a vacuum like somewhere

Possibly a vacuum leak, but mine did the same thing after a FAST swap. Did you or your tuner do a TPS re-learn when you swapped TB's?

-Unplug TPS with car completely off and wait a minute or so.
-Plug back in and start car.
I think that's how it's done...might wanna do a search to be sure.


The idle will take 50 miles or so to go back to normal, at least that's about how long it took my car.

-unplug tps with car off
-turn ignition on (dont start) for 20 seconds then turn off
-plug tps back in
-start car


102 TB can be difficult to tune might need to take it back to tuner and let him mess with it some more, also make sure the intake manifold is torqued correctly and in the right sequence
