Default on a ls1 I think I have a bad lifter where to get a replacement.

Ok so I had a ls1 that im putting in a camaro on start up every now and then it makes a rattling squeaky noise at idle iin the head then if you rev it. It goes away.
You only here it at a low idle
Ive chased the oil pump ring replaced it and put different rockers and pushrods still does it so I have came to belive I think its a lifter going bad.
Where can you get a stock ls1 lifters at. I know the ls7s are longer and I cant use those cause Im only going to replace one side anyone sell ls1 lifters anymore

You do not replace just 1 bank of lifters. Replacement lifters at GM are LS7. LS7 are not longer, the plunger distance is different than OEM LS1 lifters.

Theres a company on ebay that sells ls1 lifters they are out of daytona fl and around 100 bucks per set. However again I would not replace just one side like the other guy said. Pretty everything you have to buy, head gaskets, valve cover gaskets etc are sold in pairs so why not just do the other side? Another thing to look at is if the lifters are indeed going bad they may have scored the cam so check the lobes also...
