getting my absolute 5.3's soon ... should i upgrade my 224 cam ??

looking to make around 430 rwhp ... will the 224 get me there ? If i get another cam i want something that i can use with stock lifters and comp 978 double springs

Well what cams that are bigger could i use with those springs and the stock lifters .... how much of a gain could i expect ?

The tr230 cam is a nice choice or maby one of the FMS cams. Ive heard very good things about those. Your cam is alittle small to take full advantage of the heads you are getting and as long as its apart now is a great time to upgrade.
