So I have a rx7 with a built ls1 with...

• Stock Crank
• Scat Forged Rods
• Probe Forged Flat Top Pistons
• Coated Bearings
• Ported & Polished 241 Heads by SLP
• PRC Gold Spring Kit W/ Titanium Retainers, Seats & Seals
• TSP Chromemoly 7.40” Pushrods
• TSP Custom Grind Camshaft 232/234, 595” / 598” , 114 LSA
• LS6 Intake
• Stock Throttle body and MAF
• MSD Plug Wires
• Oil Catch Can
• Stainless Fuel lines from engine to connectors under car
• Z06 Return Fuel Rail W/Vac FPR

...and it seems to have a lot of chattering noise. I'm going to post a video of it later. I'll try to record the sound with a better mic. From what i gauge online this just seems to be a issue with the ls1, but I don't remember it being as bad when I bought it 2 months ago. It just sounds like a clutter noise.

What do you mean clutter noise? does it only do it on cold start? Both my LS1s have a slapping noise on cold start but goes away within a few seconds and with a cam you get the sewing machine noise.
