What cam to go with?

What cam to go with? I'm trying to decide on a cam. I have a 98 Z28 M6. It is my daily driver so I don't want an extreme cam. I was thinking of going with the hot cam or the Ls6/Z06 cam. What kind of gains will I probably see from those cams and are there any other cams out there that I should consider? Also, I live in California and I would like to be able to still pass California smog. Does anyone know if either one of those cams will pass smog?

Hot cam won't and you can fiund a lot better cams out there.
I'm pretty sure the 02 LS6 will.
Generally, any of the 220 and under cams will pass emissions.
I know of one truly custom cam that is a 224 that passes roller with no egr.
