Default 6.0 rebuild options

I'm looking at picking up a 03 6.0. One cylinder has a scratch and will need to be bored. How far can I go and still drive it on the street? Should I use the 317 heads that came with it or get get some 243's? I'm new to ls motors and not sure the best way to go. This winter I'm going to add a single turbo setup

My finger nail just barely catches on the damaged cylinder. Is it worth buying or keep looking?

You can take it .030 over for a 370ci on a stock crank. Keep the 317 heads if your going forced induction on this engine.
