Default Valve Spring break in

a friend and i are going to install my cam this weekend. the cam is used but i am getting new valve springs and titanium retainers. what is the best way to break these in?

I like to cycle them 2 to 3 times , get them hot let them cool , but dont rev the **** out of it.

3 full cold to operating temp cycles before putting any rpm on them.
