Default Coolant Smell from Exhaust after pulling heads

I just finished a cam swap on my GTO. Everything went well with the exception of a broken head bolt, but that was quickly fixed. Only problem is now my exhaust smells like coolant. No leaks or anything, but the level does go down slowly. I used brand new Fel Pro head gaskets and I know I put them on right and torqued them properly. Any ideas? I've read of additives that look like antacids certain aluminum motors use to help seal the heads better. Is that what I need? I was always under the assumption that those were for cast blocks and aluminum heads.

first off, did you ensure you blew out the bolt holes before re-installing the heads?
why did you pull the heads for a cam swap?
did you ensure both aligning pins were in the block on both sides?
did you ensure you got all the bubbles out of the cooling system?

if you have a leak, and it's going into your exhaust, that means you would have a miss on a cylinder, have you checked for a miss?

What head bolts are you using? What torque sequence did you follow?
