lmao, no! I am not a retard .lol Just started it up and it went boom ! I haven't drove the car in like 2 or 3 weeks. I think some how it got some warter in it and fucked it up. It rained like hell for like three days here in Gainesville FL last week. Well it time to build a monster.

Do you have comprehensive insurance? They may cut you a check for the motor.

I have heard several stories of motors hydrolocking on initial start up after sitting for a few weeks. Common denominator: Recent rains and outside storage.

I wouldnt think starter would have enough torque to throw a rod through the block... are u sure it came through...like ithat said before..not sayin it didnt happen by any means i just cant wrap my mind around a rod coming through the block that easy

Injector might of stuck open and filled the cylinder full of fuel. When cranked, the fuel couldn't compress and put a rod through the side of block. I have seen it happen a time or two between #5 and #7.

Doesnt make sense, 1k rotations per minute is enough to throw a rod in a ls1? Is it stock? Pics?

I wouldnt think the started would have enough juice to turn the engine over if it was full of water.
