Default Cleaning cylinders of debris?

I've had my heads off for a couple of months now and some debris has fallen into the cylinders over time. Some guy was looking at my engine and said I'm now fucked for letting it fall down in there. Well, the majority of it is from scraping the stock gasket off the block. I was planning on vacuuming it, followed by some airduster. opinions?

Shop vac and blow them out with air. If there is still some debris left, i usually take a rag with oil and wipe the rest out. You will be fine.
