Default Blue smoke once at operating temp

The car a little while after my cam swap started burning oil. I did a compression test and that checked out good. I had someone tell me that if the car only burns oil when it's warm it could be an exhaust valve guide leaking oil and once the engine is warm and exhaust gets hot it will appear that it's burning oil. He said to check the plugs as well and if there's no oil deposits then that's more than likely what it is. Any thoughts on this guys, I mean it does make sense that it would be this. Any help is much appreciated.

I replaced valve seals as well when I did the cam and it does not burn any oil on start up.

Is it consistent plumes of blue smoke or the occasional puff? I mean, how much smoke are we talking? Has it done it ever since you did the cam job? Meaning, it started that day?

It's pretty consistant especially if I let it idle for a good while it seems. As for the PVC I have a good catch can on it and it's driver side tail pipe only (true duals)

I didn't notice that it smoked until probably about 6 months after the cam swap.

Sounds like valve seals to me as well. Possibly got torn or damaged on install, maybe not seated properly

Cheap enough to due just kinda labor intensive. You can do them in the car.
