Default ls1 camaro runs hot then cools down
Like in the title I have a ls1 camaro its output Turbo setup Arco radiator and 2 1550 cfm fans last week i blew a ccoolant hose and after finally getting everything back together the car runs perfect while cruising at 50 MPH for cooling but as soon as i go to idle I run hot but never over hheat very cclose though. I'm thinking my fans arent working properly maybe because they got soaked with coolant.

More than likely there is an air bubble in the coolant.

this sounds to me like an air bubble or flow issue. Try coasting for a long period at idle and still getting air flow to the car and see what it does

Bleed air from the host at the steam crossover tube.
