Default Most lift i can put on the comp 978 springs

I am gettin ready to get my new as 5.3 heads with 978 springs and i was wondering whats the max lift i should put on them ... i am considering gettin the fms f11 or f13 cam

Those springs are at 126 and 368. They should hold up to .625.

what is coil bind on these springs? what is the max recomended compression on these springs? anyone know?

they coil bind at 1.195"
I wouldn't put no more than .600" lift if you install at the recomended 1.85" and no more than .650" if you install at 1.900"
as far as compression goes..that has nothing to do with the springs
