Lightbulb 224/224 .525 110LSA w/stock tuning?

I need some openions on this. Can i run this cam(224/224 .525 110LSA) with stock tuning? Maybe 4 degrees advanced?

im having problems with my 6spd and tr224 112 right now. the car wont hold its idle.

did you up the idle to @ 750-800 rpms? That would help.

the cam im asking about isnt for my truck BTW. Its for my 99' Blazer.
