Default Ls1 Crank Questions

I have an SB2 crank and I was wondering if it would work with the ls1 block? I am building my first front mount turbo setup.

Tell us about the build. What are your plans for the car? What turbo? How much boost? What kind of power are you looking to make? Etc, etc.

I am looking to build a fast street car not a drag car. looking for 700 to 800rwhp. I have spun bearings on the stock crank I was running 14lbs with a custom rear mount setup. It was a garret gt35r. Never dyno'd for numbers. Looking to spend 4000 to 7000 on motor not including the turbo setup. I don't really know what heads, cam, pistons or crank to go with as this is my first build. I would like to keep my ac on the car. The stock head are 241's

thats a pretty broad budget. for that kind of money you could get a great short or long block over 400 ci.
