Cam install questions

Cam install questions I am getting ready to put in a new cam 222/595 114lsa, a new oil pump, and chain. Should I put in new pushrods, rockers? Do I need adj rockers with an aftermarket cam? I also have a set of ligters out of a 40k motor should I put them in? I have 140k on the motor. THanks, Andy
