clearance of oil pickup tube????? im putting together a 408 lq9 motor that is going into a 2000 fbody. i have fbody pan and from the bottom of the pan to the pick up tube i have 1/4 inch clearance. Is this about right???

We typically recommend 3/8"-1/2" pan to pick-up tube clearance.
