No you won't have any PTV issues. Ive run a Megadeath in a ls1 with 243 that was close, but you wont have any issues with a F15.

Christian I have no idea, I would assume so. Predator, my dilemma is that I have no idea what cam I have. It's for my GTO.

I assumed it was for your GTO. IMO stay away from any cam with that much lift unless it is a race only car. It is totally unnecessary and harmful to your valvetrain. If you want a big cam and drive it on the street, stick to low .600 levels.
Now about those 243s, are they fully ported? If not that is another reason to avoid such lift on intake. It is pointless. Unported 243s do not flow well above .600, so throwing .640 lift at it is like throwing pebbled at a stone wall.

Yes they are CNCd by CBM Motors, below are the specs. Sidenote after really driving the car tonight I think I'm just going to keep what I have and finish the supporting mods. The motor feels great, I'm burning half a quart in 4000 miles. Through a pulley and intake swap I have a good amount of power left on the table to gain

Combustion Chamber 64 cc

Intake Port 240 cc

Exhaust Port 80 cc

Intake Valve 2.055

Exhaust Valve 1.600

Flow #s Intake/exhaust

.100 71.1/61.3

.200 136.8/118.4

.300 198.5/164.6

.400 256.2/192

.500 295.4/211.4

.600 313.9/220.2

.650 318/223.9
