Default i think i may need a new camshaft position sensor

so i posted on here a week ago about how im going through 02 sensors rather quick but i think i may have figured out what is really causing my car to F up. i looked up the symptoms of a failing cam position sensor and alot of them match up to my symptoms which are:
1.hard starts
2.terrible gas mileage
3.back firing
4.bank 1 throwing in max fuel
5.struggling to accelerate

so im going to pull the intake off and replace the cam position sensor for a new one in the near future when i have time...cant hurt right? let me know what you guys think if its a good idea or not but at this point id think its atleast worth a shot.

ps-tune is good
pss-no check engine lights, not even pending codes. i check all the time with my scantron.
psss-i have had a new cam installed a little while ago (224/228), engine has 140,000 miles...idk if thats relevant but just in case

A lil advice if you buy the sensor...don't get it at autozone, advanced (i worked at one) or any of those bc the sensors are def inferior...I would go with a used piece before one of those or if it isn't too much a new GM sensor...good luck man
