IMO, 400rwhp is very realistic. I don't see any reason why you wouldn't make at least 400rwhp, but 450rwph no. There's more power to be had with higher compression, a FAST92 or 102 intake, 1-7/8" headers, and a 3.5" or larger y-merger exit into a 3.5" or larger cat-back system, and also a UD crank pulley an a catch can if you have any more than a slight oil film in the intake.

I was referring to 450 fly wheel hp :-) which yes could translate close to 400rwhp I guess. Thank you for the tip!

No, starting with a new y-pipe merger all the way out the back or all with a cut-out before the differential like this:
What you could do is install a FM 3" to 4" y-merger, then into a 4" electric cutout, then a 4" to 3" reducer back into your 3" catback. This way you will have 10-15 more hp available when the cut-out is open, but when you want to just cruise again with a mellow exhaust tone you just flip a switch.

Actually 450hp would be more around 382 rwhp with M6. 470hp would be around 400rwhp.
