Default changed valve springs and car slowed down

I changed valve springs about two months ago and since we seeing some cooler wheather decided to run it. Well last time I ran my car it ran from a 7.15 to a 7.20 at around 94mph. Since Ive changed springs best I can get is a 7.38 to 7.40 at 92mph. Car hooked both times and same track

I went from a pac 1218 to a pac 1518. Car is not missing and has fresh plugs. Im no expert at valve train so Im just wondering if I did something wrong? Theres no unusal valve train noise. Will also be doing a compression test this weekend but just wondering if anybody has ran into this problem?

Also did a fuel pressure test too but I just did it at idle never took it down the road and did any wot runs. Fuel pressure was fine at idle.
