Possible you have a long crank 6.0 and not a 5.3?

Ok so I was told sometime they have a spacer that can b removed. So that's not the case? The flange is just thicker? So the crank is not usable with a t56?

I believe it can be used with a LT1 T56 with an LT1 flywheel and pressure plate, and an LS1 disc.

Some have a spacer, how many holes are on the flange? There is a photo of the spacer in my build thread. If two of the 8 holes are threaded from the beggining you can use two flexplate bolts to remove the spacer.
