Question proper numbers for aluminum rods?

when using aluminum rods what's the proper clearance piston to head and piston to valve?

On hydraulic cam setups
Piston to head = .035>.045
PTV = .080 intake and .100 exhaust (standard safe margins)

I notice that the callies magnum xl lightweight cranks are down to $1600 (could be stock related or clearance itens)
