Default TFS 215 and VRX5 results

This build exceeded my expectations by far. Parts from Vengeance Racing, built by me and my buddy Matt , and tuned by Ryne at CMS. 99 FRC LS1

Trickflow 215's 59cc
VRX5 236/238 113
FAST 92MM LS2 90mm TB
Longtube Headers/High flow Catted x-pipe
TI catback
Vararam CAI
42lb injectors
Comp rocker trunion upgrade
melling high flow oil pump
25% pulley
160 tstat

I think thats it. Took the car to Ryne for a tune and Dyno I was quite surprised by the results 493whp and 428wtq. Not to bad for a little 346. Got to get it to the track to see how she really does.

i always see good results from trick flow heads, and ls1 ls6 i always see the 215cc TF heads do really good, cant wait too see your results at the 1320,

what drag radial are you running and on what rear rim ?

were is your static compression at ?

how thick are the head gaskets ?

and did you have too flycut your pistons for that small of a chamber ?

i have the same cam in my c5z and cant wait to get some TF 215...

post some pics of that beast

Anytime I have a customer that calls in that wants these results I give him the recipe you just described.

With people saying rectangle port this, rectangle port that....if they only knew what a properly specified, simple set-up with a good cathedral port head would do on their larger cubic inch motors they would never want to even consider a rectangle port head again.

They have their place, but not on anything under 4.125" bore IMO.

Great results and I'd love to see the power curve.

Those numbers are insane! When I went to get mine dynoed a few days ago there was a LS1 WS6 with Trick Flow heads (don't know what kind) M4 cam, Fast intake, long tubes, etc...and it only made like 413 rwhp. It was a 6-speed as well with 4.10 gears. For reference mine did 405 rwhp on that same dyno
