Default will these springs work?

i just got a mti s1 cam 244 244 612 612 112... was wondering if these Comp Cams 26925 springs will work good with it... thanks for your help

Looking at the specs on the cam and comparing Comp Cams catalog, I would look into using these springs for your cam over .600 lift.

says these springs are good for .660...am i missing something?

They’re 2 reasons we sent you the link for the 26926 springs. The first reason is we are not able to find the ramp rate of the lobes for your cam and the suggested springs will withstand aggressive lobe designs. Secondly, our recommendation is based off the Comp catalog, which displays all cams that are over .600 comp use the 26926 spring. This could be due to longevity of the spring with that amount of lift. You are correct that Comp advertises 26925 with a .650″ maximum lift, but they do not recommend that number for their high lift cams.

ok thanks... i talked to comp and they said it would work.. but for a piece of mind might go with the other
