Default Bent bolt...help

I bought a 2000 5.3 engine. I was assured it ran with 120,000 miles on it. I bought a comp cam, springs, pushrods. When I changed the springs I took the rocker arms off and noticed the 2 of the bolts that go through the rocker arm and the rail that holds them were slightly bent... Push rods were not bent and not other damage from what I can tell. I put the cam in and the springs and push rods. I bought new bolts and put it back together. Any ideas why they nay have bent? I have not started it yet so any thoughts or help will help. Thanks!

There is a cheaper head on motor spring tool that uses the rocker bolt to compress the springs when you swap them out....maybe someone bent the bolts using one of these tools?

He said the motor was stock. No upgrades. Any other ideas how this happened or why? And I put new bolts in so should I pit it together and run it??
