Default Ls1 vs lq4 crank

these are the same stroke right. Are the rods the same dementions. I'm planning on using the lq4 rods with a regrind ls1 crank. And the polished lq4 in the aluminum ls1 block. The rear seal area of the lq4 crank is longer in a 99 and 00 but I'm not seeing any info on the rod caps. All the bearings I see look to fit all, but the rod caps seem tighter on the lq4 crank with ls1 rods vs vice versa.

Yes they are the same stroke and rod dimensions. The early ones were longer in the rear so look out for those.
