Suggestions on piston rings & cam bearings
Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions/recommendations for what brand piston rings & cam bearings I should go with? Ill be re-using my stock LS1 pistons. So far I have only come up with Sealed Power & Federal Mogul. Are they good for piston rings or should I look for a different brand? I thought of Diamond Racing but when I looked I couldnt find the stock size rings anywhere on their site or any other vendor website.
And for the cam bearings, I was thinking of going with Durabond.. any reason I should/shouldnt? Cam Ill be using is the MS3 cam from TSP, in case that matters.
Anyways, let me know what you guys have.

Generally, any cam bearing should suffice. I have durabonds in my 370. Just make sure you have the cam you will be using and make sure the machine shop checks clearances of the cam and bearings. The ls engines use different bearings for different years and such and cam's differ from core to core. Nothing worse than getting everything together just to find out it all has to come apart to re machine the cam bores for proper clearance.

I am going to go with the Federal Mogul piston rings. But I want to make sure these are the right ones(size) to order. Below is what WS6Store.com has them as. Is this what I should use with the stock pistons/bore?
3.897 in. Bore, 1.5mm, 1.5mm, 3.0mm Thickness, Set of 8
Also on the Durabond cam bearings, should I get the non coated or coated bearings? The price difference is pretty dramatic, $20.99 for regular & $65.99 for the COATED.
All these prices/info were from ws6store.com Could someone chime in and let me know which ones I should get? Im getting ready to order tonight/tomorrow.
Thanks
