Default Valve springs

I just wanted to share these with you if you haven't seen them before.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/LS1-LS-HIGH-...item484b0c9386

I have personally run these in a few motors for thousands of miles at very high RPM up to 8200 at .608 lift (more than they are rated for) and have had no problems at all. I have taken 10 plus 300 mile drives at 3500 rpm the whole way minus gas stops and no problems. Take it as you will but these are definitely a great spring for the price and another option. They also have a dual spring kit that I will be running in my turbo motor. Anyways just thought I would share....

I was just giving an opinion and you have to use your crappy stock retainers for $20 more unless you buy them too.. Just sayin

Dont get me wrong if I were building a $5000 motor I would use something different but they have worked great in a few $700 motors I have laying around.

I honestly can't see those springs turning 8,500RPM.
