Ok heres the deal. After install I had my car dyno tuned. It ran pretty well at first but then it started to surge more and when you get on it in first gear around 2,000 rpm it shutters real bad until around 4,000 rpm and then it takes off. Well now it has alot of trouble starting. It will fire up but if I dont give it gas it will die. It does this for about 10 minutes then all of a sudden it starts up just like normal. Its very confusing and I really have no idea. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

What kind of Transmission? I'm not sure if the two problems are related or not, but as to the starting issue: have you checked your fuel pressure at prime?

If it's stumbling and surging it most possibly would be the tune.... if you want to check your fuel pressure just for measure u need a fuel pressure tester and it will connect on the Schrader valve on the driver side fuel rail .. stock pressure I believe is 58-60psi , just flick the key on don't start it and it will prime the pump.

Id also just check the obvious/stupid things that sometimes seem like a big issues.Take a good look at the spark plugs/wires.Ive seen guys accidentally arc on header, loose wires etc that cause weird intermittent surging/stuttering.Plus it an easy free thing you can do for peace of mind.

Sounds to Me like an EGR or smog pump issue or possibly an evap-emissions issue . If You google checking EGR ,,,,there are you=tube vids ,,,,there are a few different poeple on there that show how to check those and other systems
